New Members

The eligibility to becoming a member can either be determined by:  You are a Moua, a descendant of or a part of the Moua family.  There are certain obligations that you may have to meet in order to obtain your membership.  Please contact MUIC for more information.

To continue maintaining the reputation of the Moua leadership and the unification of the Moua families, all Moua families should unite, respect, and support each other regardless of religious belief, social or economical status and family background.  If we work earnestly together with our visionary focus, we will be able to fulfill the goals and objectives set in the incorporation’s By-law and Constitution.  Each and every family member is encouraged to participate in the organization.

Please begin the registration process by completing the Household Form that can be downloaded below.  The application form is provided in Adobe Acroabt PDF format.

Once the form is completed, please send it to the address provided in the form.
